Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Websetly's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

Services

Websetly provides web design and development services including but not limited to website creation, maintenance, hosting assistance, and digital consultation.

Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete information required for project completion
• Respond to requests for feedback and approval in a timely manner
• Make payments according to the agreed schedule
• Respect intellectual property rights

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements. Generally, we require a 50% deposit before work begins, with the remainder due upon project completion.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients will own the rights to their custom website design and content. Websetly retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio.

Revisions and Changes

Each project includes a specified number of revision rounds. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges.

Limitation of Liability

Websetly's liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for services. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Upon termination, payment is due for all work completed to date.
